Yes we ship worldwide. We ship all items in strong branded gift boxes by mail via An Post – the Irish Postal service. We’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can track your purchase.
Upon shipping you will be sent a unique tracking number so you can keep an eye on your purchase as it makes its way to you.
All purchases are shipped within 10 working days. Estimated delivery times, after the product has left our store, are as follows:
Ireland and UK
2 to 5 working days.
Europe
6 to 8 working days.
USA
9 to 12 working days.
Rest of World
12 to 15 working days.
For Ireland and the EU there are no custom or import charges. For the rest of the world your purchase may be subject to custom and import charges.
To keep your print as safe as possible all Súileir prints are beautifully presented in branded gift boxes. Whether framed or unframed, all images are mounted, carded and wrapped.
All orders can be cancelled before the items have shipped. Please email info@suileir.ie.
Please note cancellations are not possible after items are shipped.
All purchases from Súileir may be returned within 10 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt, in new condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorised by emailing info@suileir.ie.
We are passionate about the products we sell and the service we offer. It’s important to us that you are equally happy with your Súileir products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange the product or receive a refund, please email us at info@Súileir.ie within 10 days of placing the order stating the reason for return.
Once accepted by Súileir all items for return must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged. You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any item arriving back damaged due to insufficent packaging will not be accepted. Please re-package the parcel, including any delivery paperwork, using strong packaging and ensure that it is sealed securely. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and send it to us at the below address, being sure to request a proof of postage.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If your purchase was damaged in transit please notify Súileir within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@suileir.ie.
Once accepted by Súileir we’ll be in touch regarding next steps.
Order your print online and pick up in our Dublin Gallery. Just select ‘Click and Collect’ when you are checking out and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Product Information
Colours may vary between monitors and printers. Therefore there may be a slight variation between the colour that appears on your computer screen and the colours generated for your printed products.
The images in frames shown on the website are for visual purposes only and the final print may be slightly different. As indicated some of the prints are signed by the artist and this may not be shown in the 3D visuals.
Protecting the environment is extremely important to Súileir. Where possible we use high quality, recycled paper and card which is always sourced locally. All of our prints are mounted with acid-free conservation quality boards and our frames are solid woods originating in sustainable forests.
Súileir has full copyright and intellectual property rights of each of our images and all credit for them must be attributed appropriately.
Our images cannot be re-sold or used in any other means without permission. In accordance with standard license prohibitions, you may not resell, re-distribute or share in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any digital or printed design. Copyright and right to reproduce does not transfer with sale of image. Súileir are the owners and the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and the material published on it (including, without limitation, any trade marks displayed on our site). These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. We do not grant any express or implied right to any intellectual property rights in our site and the material published on it. You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from us to do so. If you print off, copy or download any part of our site you are in breach of these terms and conditions, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. All items are original creations by Súileir and its community of Photographers and Artists. All rights reserved.
Every item produced by Súileir is produced from start to finish in Ireland. All our Photographers and Artists are based in Ireland. Our printing, framing, packaging and support materials are all produced by Irish companies in Ireland. Our branding, website design, maintenance, promotion, and hosting are all conducted by Irish companies. In short every image from Súileir is totally Irish.
