Súileir reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. You will be emailed your receipt, pick up tracking information and details regarding your order.

Returns

All purchases from Súileir may be returned within 10 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt, in new condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorised by emailing info@suileir.ie.

Súileir will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return. Actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be notified to Súileir within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Exchanges

We are passionate about the products we sell and the service we offer. It’s important to us that you are equally happy with your Súileir products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange the product or receive a refund, please email us at info@Súileir.ie within 10 days of placing the order stating the reason for return. Once accepted by Súileir all items for return must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged. You are responsible for packaging the return appropiately. Any item arriving back damaged due to insufficent packaging will not be accepted. Please re-package the parcel, including any delivery paperwork, using strong packaging and ensure that it is sealed securely. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and send it to us at the below address, being sure to request a proof of postage.

Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled before the items have been shipped. Cancellations are not possible on shipped items.
